I cant be the only one getting these message on tracking with royal mail

This started happing Thursday with my royal mail items tracked 48 items

Royal Mail is not an integrated courier with eBay, please check the royal mail website to track your item.

we all know that Royal Mail has been for many years integrated with eBay so why is this happening?

It has been like this for at least 10 out of my 30 items sent of my tracked items  I have sent royal mail tracked 48 

I have flagged with ebay customer support .

Our shipping team are aware of this and they are currently looking into the cause. To help their investigation could you take a screenshot and send it to me with the order number the next time it happens. I'll send it to the shipping so they can look into whats causing it.

Ive just been speaking to the shipping team and this issue looks to have been resolved. A fix is rolling out so you might not see it immediately. If its still the same in the next 72hrs let me know.
