I cannot log into my old account that I have had for 10 years

I had to delete Ebay.co.uk cookies because I could not pay for something because I was being sent to the hcapture screen over and over. I deleted the cookies for both hcapture and ebay. When I tried to log into my account I was told it did not exist. I have emails of sales recently made using that account. For some reason I was only able to use google to log in, and that logs me into this account. Ebay does not recognise my account name or the email associated with it even though I have been using it for 10 years. I am reasonably technical but out of date, I have not got into the working of windows since windows 7, but I am unable to work this out. Neither can I find a number to talk to someone who can correct this. Anyone help?

I regularly clear cookies without problem.   As you've started another ID you will need to clear cookies again or use another browser to log into the other account.   If you continue to have problems you can contact ebay using callback on here:
