I can’t see option to offer a second chance

Just had a buyer request to cancel as clearly tied up in the bidding frenzy. I’ve agreed to cancel however there’s no option visible for me to offer a “second chance offer” to the next bidder, it merely says relist

Many bidders/buyers do not opt in for second chance offers ... if using an App on a mobile device, check with a Pc/Laptop.
