John, I have recently sold an item on ebay and received payment from ebay, but while my other items are still shown as for sale, my account is not showing any items for sale and I can't find a way to access them, one of which has sold elsewhere.
I have recently sold an item on ebay and received payment from ebay, but while my other items are still shown as for sale. My account is not showing any items for sale and I can't find a way to access them to update and delete one of them which has been sold elsewhere.
No activity shown for the last year or more --- Have you unintentionally opened another account ? --- Reported to happen when using Phones /Apps to Login using Apple/Google/FB links resulting in opening a 'cloned' account with lost history/missing/corrupted details.
Using a PC/Laptop, log out and try to recover your Original account/history with a fresh Homepage login > www.ebay.co.uk < and previous/usual email/Username/s/Password/s etc. --- any new account can then remain unused or closed.
When I look for your items I just get a blank page and the same for items sold, so very difficult to advise you when cannot see what is going on.
Just some advice though when listing on ebay you should never list or sell elsewhere. This can cause awful problems for you particularly if ebay picks it up.
