I can't add a video to my listings.

I have tried to add a video to my listings and can't seem to find the upload button for a video anywhere. On Etsy you get both optionsand its so easy! I have tried contacting Ebay and I get  the automated assistant who can't help.  I have read the 2 min articles that tell you to go to the Seller hub and create a new listing and then opt for a single listing and then advanced listing tools I have looked everywhere for the advanced listing tools and can't find it. Does this feature of adding a video even exist? This is so annoying can anyone please help please,  thanks in advance 🙂

You need to do this on the Seller Hub here:

You may need to add a pjoto first and then the option to add a video should be available.

Use a PC/ laptop too not the app or mobile browser,  Chrome works best with eBay.

 You can only add one video per listing, but you can use the same video on multiple listings - you just need to upload it once. Upload a video using the new listing tool by selecting Add video from the Photos &
