I brought and item but the seller has cancelled

I brought a car on ebay

Went there Friday to pick it up paid for it and towed it home

The seller has cancelled the sale as unpaid do I get anything bad against my account and if so is there any ebay links to appeal it because I've searched the site and it looks like there isn't 

I can't even find a link to email ebay complaints

Looks like they cancelled the sale to get back any selling fees.  This is wrong doing !

Contact eBay Customer Services explain what has happened.  I do recommend contacting first thing in the morning at 8 a.m. when the lines first open at 8 a.m. for ' live agents' as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

As said I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
