I am not receiving offer notifications from sellers even though I have offers set up. When I check on one of these listings I can see a list of expired offers, some of which I would have accepted. I have some listings set to automatically accept or refuse the offer depending on the price. So it appears I am missing out on these sales. I do receive all eBay updates and other messages. Any ideas on how to fix this or how to contact a live eBay assistant?
