I am being refused to buy.

Hi, I am trying to buy an item but when I tried to pay for it I receive a message that 'I have gone over my buying limit.' There is money in the card so that should not be a problem, I contacted the seller but they do not know themselves. I really want that item and the seller is the only one who has got it. I was paying the amount ask for.

Anyone got that problem?

Can Ebay help?

I am being refused to buy.

You give no figures, as it tends to imply that you are going over the amount you are allowed to spend on ebay. This maynot be the case but read here

https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/buying-limits-restrictions/buying-limits-restrictions?id=4012&st=...

If you have a limit, that can add up bids, even on the same item, so for example bidding £500, then increasing to £1000 would count as £1500.
