I am absolutely fuming ebay seem determined to any private sellers off

I have recently sold a Japanese silver bowl posted using eBay postage to a foreign buyer it reached his courier Saturday but was retained until 2 days later at businesses request  so ebay know exactly where it is yet this evening told by ebay that  I had to wait an extra 2 days before payment released meaning 10 days to get paid is just  ridiculous ?? They seem determined to put sellers off & making it harder & harder for normal folk 😏

The new Buyer Protection Fee introduced this month is delaying payments until tracking shows delivery then there's a 2 day wait after that delivery date, but some are reporting waiting longer.

Seems to be teething problems for some with the new system,  you are not alone.

Join in the many long threads on this subject on the forum from some very disgruntled members.
