I DO NOT USE EVRI !!!!

I  refused  to  use  Evri.  I asked the  buyer for a  full  address and sent the goods 1st class via RM 
How do I mark that I sent an item?
The eBay system gave me until the 28th to send the item, which I have already done.
What happens to my money if I do not use EVRI prepaid labels?
Why does someone want to force me to use this horrible EVRI courier.

As long as it's marked as dispatched the payment will be released in 14 days.   You can opt out of using Evri here:

First I would like to thank you. I just removed Evri for good.

Second...   ... this is the problem eBay will not mark it as dispatched because I did not use their prepaid label.

I believe the payment will clear anyway but you can check with ebay.    You can contact them using callback on here:

...so I spoke to eBay. I had to buy that prepaid label anyway. Possibly I will get refund but first I have to swap tracking number for RM one. I thought it will be easy but I do not know how to swap it yet. I am trying to find that function

You are using SD, so if label is not used buyer gets refund as they paid for it.

If you buy your own label, it comes out of your money.

I don't think you can change the tracking number otherwise we'd all be buying our own postage and not using Simple Delivery.   You'll have to contact ebay again.    If they can't/won't do it ask them when/if you will get the payment.

If you don’t want to use evri that’s fine. Goto your account settings and postage preferences and toggle evri to turn it off from appearing in your future listings.
