Usually means that your Selling account setup is incomplete as not sold before --- update your eBay Selling account including setting UK based current Banking account details for Managed Payments using these links >

That rather strange and not really informative message ' invalid token' does usually mean you have not fully or correctly signed up for eBay's Managed Payments.
See here.
This will show you how to register for eBay's Managed Payments.

If there is an issue with the registration contact eBay Customer Services, who have full access to your account, and can see where the issue lies and explain the steps you now need to take.
Contact them this way.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
Refer to @fargvs helpful links above, too! 🤗
