How to talk to, i don't know, a real person?!?

Hello.

Don't know if anyone can help, as I am kinda pulling my hair out. We have a problem with our listings. They seem to not appearing in searches (OBVIOUSLY, I cannot verify this myself. But a few people on our tik tok channel tell us this). We are an anchor shop and are alarmed by this. SO....I want to speak to someone. And the ebay help system is, to put it VERY politely, very convoluted and IMPOSSIBLE it seems to talk to an actual person? ESPECIALLY if this apparent problem is on lots of our listings (which might be the reason that, as of now at 9.09pm on Saturday, we have had 3 orders when we get at LEAST 20 odd......)

Any help, as always, greatly appreciated.

I can see 9,500 clearly listed items.

You are in a very,  very competitive market,  with the No. 1 seller MM offering the same as you and even if a penny or 2 less,  when there is a massive choice of the same item,  most buyers will use Best Match and buy the cheapest, as said,  even if it's a penny less.

Your items aren't hidden,  they're all clearly showing , and if you read enough of these threads on the forums here you'll see everyone is suffering low sales.

Great items but check out those competitors!
