*bleep* buyer opened a claim to return used items and was accepted by eBay. Insane thing is that buyer contacted me 1st time after 16 days from receiving delivery claiming he's not happy with some of the items and is looking for partial refund. Right, he's abusing the system, absurdity is that eBay is allowing this, never asked for my feedback, 28 days after buyer received item eBay outright decided he can return everything for a full refund and I am even out of the initial postage, basically buyer was allowed to do his scam and I have no rights whatsoever as a seller! Buyer has now until the end of month to return everything to me, so in total from receiving items the buyer had a month and a half to use and return purchase at his own liking, I can make no sense of how this is allowed, I never felt so bullied in my life! Can I do anything to appeal against eBay's decision?

Thanks. I followed link plus went to
Go to your Seller Dashboard.
Expand Closed without seller resolution to see your options.
Select See cases and find the item in the list.
Select See details and then send us an appeal
But there's no way to appeal there, I just get this message, perhaps I'll get the appeal choice once return is received?
Here's the case outcome
We asked the buyer to return the item for a refund.
When tracking details show that the item is delivered, we'll issue a refund to the buyer on your behalf.

No, not unless either you or the buyer asked eBay to step in and make a decision.
You can only appeal a decision if eBay make one and the case is closed.

I have no rights whatsoever as a seller!
The money back guarantee is wide open to abuse. eBay decides cases without even seeing the item. Their default policy seems to be to take the buyer's word against the sellers.
In all but name eBay effectively gives buyers a 30 day "approval" period, during which they can claim almost any fault to get a free return at the seller's expense. Or to claim a partial refund. Basically the seller's only "right" is to send a prepaid label for the buyer to return the item before a refund is issued.
However, many sellers have posted here to complain that buyers have returned items damaged, or even switched them for another one, but eBay has still enforced the refund.
eBay is a very risky place to sell things.
