How to inform eBay that I've returned an item I bought

I used a QR code to return a purchase via Royal Mail. The seller is aware that the item is being returned but I am getting reminders from eBay that I need to send the item back by June 18th.  I can not see where I can tell eBay that I've I have returned the item. It wants me to print a label.  I have a PO proof of posting and tracking has said it's been delivered. I don't want eBay to cancel my return because it thinks I haven't completed the return.

If you can't add the tracking to the case, then contact Ebay Customer Services using the link below and get them to add the tracking.

Usually, if you use a QR code, the tracking is automatically added when the code is scanned.  Obviously this has not happened.
