How to cancel a return

I need help, I have already posted the item, the customer has received it but was not happy with it put in a request to return the item, I processed that, but now she has changed her mind and wants to keep the product how do I cancel the return and get the money paid to me. And also then offer a partial refund?

The buyer is the only one who can cancel it at their end.
