How to add american stakeholders onto account????

Anyone had any problems before with the following?

We have a number of different directors. Ebay has requested I upload each of their details on the account. 3 have been done as they work in the UK so I can add their National Insurance number...

We have 2 that are from are America and therefore obviously do not have a national insurance number and I cannot add them without it. I have tried using their SSN number and changing their address to United States but it will not be accepted.

Any advice? Thanks.

Why do US stakeholders need access to the eBay account? You won't be able to add them.

The only people need access are those that are working on it to upload listings etc. You're a UK registered business.
