How to Change Address from Germany to the UK

I want to change my address from Germany to the UK where I now live.  But it will not let me.  And the Where I Pay Tax does not provide the UK.  Anyone know how I do this?

You can't change ebay account to different country.

You have to open UK ebay account with different email address.

Ok thanks. Weird because when in Germany it kept saying it was a UK
