How does someone change there feedback

So I got my first negative feedback , which I've since resolved the issue with the customer .

How do we sort it so that a negative feedback can be revised.

Send them a feedback revision to complete.

You will find this  at the bottom of your Feedback profile page.

You may need to act quickly, as the listing ended in late November.

A feedback revision request must be sent within 30 days of receiving the feedback. Your buyer will have 10 dats to revise it.
