How do you combine postage’s when you use Evri

Please help I have a buyer that has bought two items from me and paid for them both using the EVRI service  I want to combine postage because they were both fit in the same box. How do I do this?

Did you offer combined postage?

Did the buyer request a total at checkout so the items could be combined?

You can't combine after payment.   Just issue a partial refund.   Click on the more actions menu arrow on the right of the sold item and select Send Refund.   On the next page you will be able to change the amount before you submit.
