Mostly depending on question you will get a better more accurate answer here. Have you ever used HELP AND CONTACT top of most pages, just enter subject and  that will give more information than can ever be given over the phone. You are aware that CS is in the Philippines and answers are read from a script, and if not covered by script, you might be told anything.
