How do I remove unwanted coupon offers on my listings, placed there by Ebay

I object to having coupons for a %  reduction placed on items I have listed.  If I want to offer a discount I will using 'offers' but the price I place on my listing should be determined by me, not by Ebay.

There will be buyers who just assume it is the seller offering the discount, when this isnt the case, and some of those buyers will view my listing as being initially overpriced in order to provide a discount coupon (you don't get something for nothing). which is why I dotn want it.

Ive followed the advice in how to manage discounts and yet each time I delete any of the discounts, including coupons, by unticking the box and applying, the system overrides my choice and just replaces them.

I appreciate that as I no longer have to pay listing fees or commision I have less leverage with Ebay on how they use my lisitings, but I am unhappy that my choices are just ignored.

Merry Christmas to all

It seems to be an option on the listing form Promoted Listings private sellers | UK Seller Centre

You cannot remove an eBay promotion shown on your listings,eBay can and do put anything they like on your listing page including identical items from other sellers.
