How do I mark an item sold as posted

I recently sold an item, it has been posted and I've passed the tracking info etc to the buyer but I can't seem to mark it as dispatched on my eBay page.  The only options I have are for purchasing a postage label but I always do this separately myself outside of eBay.  

How can I resolve this?

Simple Delivery removes that choice and is now mandatory.   Details here:

But at the moment you can contact ebay to change the tracking number for the item.   You can use callback on here:
