How do I get paid !

Hi , 

I have sold 2 items both of which have been collected and the money seems to be on hold. When I go to click the collected button I am asked for a 6 digit code which I was tolled was in an email . Having looked I can't seem to find a 6 digit code for either sale any where. Any ideas ?

Your buyer receives this code not you.

They are meant to bring it with them on collecting the item.

Message the buyer to send you this very important code,  and you can manually enter the numbers to the left side on the order details ... Confirm collection.
