How do I get in touch with someone about my payment?

I sold an item for £560+buyer protection. I paid the postage of £4.26, which should have left me with £555.74, I was only paid £549.86.

Anybody have an idea where the £5.88 went or how I can contact eBay to find out?

There was no listing fees.

I've already taken that into account. The postage was £4.26 which should
have left £555.74 not £549.86

Why don’t you look at PAYMENTS, it is like a bank statement and shows ALL your transactions. 

Are you sure that it does not relate to the cost of postage on the other item you sold recently.

Thanks. Seems they've taken the postage cost from another item which sold 4 days later, that I haven't had the money for yet.
