Buyer sent picture of a postage label for my package on entirely the wrong item

I recently sold a Warhammer Tyranid model and used eBay's simple delivery. It was shipped in a well packaged box.

I dropped it at an Evri drop poiint on Monday 7th July and it has been shown as delivered.

However the photo on Evrii tracking shows 3 packages in the courier's hand and I cannot be 100% certain that the one box in the photo is the box I sent.

What I am certain of is the postage label, with the tracking for the item I did sell, was put ontop of another label on a grey delivery bag that had clothes in it. This is what the buyer is claiming I sent to them.

I cannot be sure if Evri is at fault here or if the buyer is trying to scam. What should I be doing in this situation?

I'm thinking it might be a courier issue as another item I dropped off on the same day is showing on Evri tracking as still at the CoOp... (Perhaps the pickup driver is pinching things).

Just following up, I've refunded the seller the £30 they paid, but not postage costs. I selected the 'other' option when doing so and added a note to reflect I strongly suspect the courier to be at fault and will take it up with them. Just to be safe I've also blocked the buyer.

eBay customer service weren't majorly helpful. You are screwed as a seller and zero support is given it seems when the courier is at fault, at least through eBay. The silver lining is it wasn't a higher value item and I've almost sold all the Warhammer I have to sell.
