How do I access my £15 seller voucher?

How do I access my £15 voucher for my first sale? The purchase has completed, had email saying I have the voucher but it is no where to be seen. Please help.

I would imagine if the T & C's are complied with,  the voucher will appear at your next eBay purchase,  at eBay checkout.

Before paying there,  scroll down the page and vouchers usually appear on the left hand side near the bottom,  and usually need to be activated to apply to that purchase.

Nothing there. It is asking for the code but I have not been sent any code

Check through your eBay messages,  email,  even Spam,  if the code is not there,  contact Customer Services,  see if they can shed more light on this.
