Refunds if that is what you are referring to do not happen on their own. Both buyer and seller have to do something but without knowing whether you are the buyer or seller, it is not possible to guess what you should be doing.

If you are waiting for a refund, you won't get a refund until you have sent the item back.

Why are you sending the item back?

If you have an open case, there will be a date by which you must return the item.

If that deadline passes, and you haven't sent the item back, the case will close and you won't get a refund.

So, sort out some packaging and return the item.
