How can i chat to an ebay agent not an automated reply?

Seller keeps offering low refund if i keep item. I dont want to keep item as it is incorrect. How do i get ebay involved? How can i speak to a real person at ebay?

Agents usually  ' appear' at  8 a.m. and then there's also, more chance of Dublin answering.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

You shouldn't need to contact ebay CS if you have opened a case.  Three days after that the option to escalate the case should appear and it's automatic. 

Have you opened an ebay case?
