Hoiw to get DHL to collect an item

DHL have yet to collect item for dispatch to buyer, how can they be reminded?
After printing off label my wife took the item (erroneously) to a DHL drop off point. It has never been collected from the drop off point and we have retrieved the item but now need DHL to collect this from our home address.
Can you help please as buyer and us are becoming frustrated.

Lots of people are having this problem with DHL.  You could cancel the transaction with buyer's agreement, via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list.    Then relist for the buyer to buy again.   Assuming the item is extra large you may be able to opt out of Simple Delivery and choose your own, more reliable, courier.   If you have problems doing that follow the advice on here:
