Click on View Order Details for the item on your orders page.   Where it says postage on the next page it should say tracking with an edit link below it.

Try a PC / laptop and use Chrome and try from there.

If it's not manually possible to do this,  you'll need to contact eBay Customer  Services, and they can change those numbers for you.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

On the right of your sold item in 'orders' there should be two links, one is 'add tracking' and the other is 'edit tracking'.

That does not work for me,
As that shows a completely new postage option, I've already sent the item
but put a nought where I should have put a zero. o
