The seller have accepted my offer, but I can't get through and pay.

and it still says that the seller don't sell to Sweden but the sellers says I should buy through global shipping 

what am I missing

Buyer cannot opt for GSP, it is up to the seller to list using Expensive Global Shipping, you are missing nothing.

I think you have a seller who has no idea what to do and you will have difficulty convincing him that he has to invoice you quoting shipping cost to Sweden. If he did not offer GSP it cannot be added after the sale.
