I'm hoping someone can help me as I don't know how to get in contact with a human customer support person from eBay as this automated chat thing is no help. I am a first time seller and I sold my asus gaming laptop to a customer. The customer had picked yodel as their postage method. They sent the money and was on hold, I had gone to get the package sent out using yodel. Later the customer wants to cancel the order and get a full refund. Because I had made a mistake in the description of the product as it's my first time selling. I however had written on the product information that it's my first time seller and to double check the information as I had uploaded pictures of the laptops information that I pulled up from the settings or whatever the thing is called that has numbers and models and dates and codes. I have now fully refunded the customer by the way. Going back to my problem, I then had to cancel delivery of my laptop from going to the persons house as they told me they where going on holiday for a long time and won't be able to return the laptop back once it arrives. So I got in contact with yodel and canceled the delivery. The last place my laptop was located at was one of yodels sites so it hadn't been out for delivery yet. I told them I would like it returned back to me, and the return address is on the package. They said they would investigate and it would be sent back but never did get it back. What I received from yodel instead was a jumper that I never ordered and no one ordered for me. My laptop cost me over £1,000 and I get this jumper instead is crazy. There clearly was a mix up on their part and I had gotten in contact with yodel about this. They are saying they can't do anything about it until eBay verifies that I had a laptop I was selling and that eBay needs to get in touch with them before they can proceed. I would like to talk to a human eBay customer service person.

eBay won't get involved with this.
So, have Yodel had the package all this time or was it delivered to the buyer and they returned it via Yodel?

Yodel was supposed to have had it all this time
