Help!

I sold a bike power meter recently and the buyer has complained that the crank arm bolts weren't there. It was not advertised as coming with these, and it did not come with them when bought new.

The buyer asked for a return, which in retrospect I wish I'd accepted! I proposed a partial refund ( enough to cover buying some bolts) but I really wish I had t sent this now, the buyer has gone MIA, they've stopped replying to messages despite having the item!

I don't know what to do 🙂↕️

Any ideas would be good

Re: Help!

How long has the return been open?

Re: Help!

They have probably changed their mind.   They have the item,  I take it you have the payment.   If they have opened a return but do nothing else it will expire eventually.    So you don't need to do anything.

Re: Help!

Only a couple of days. Are you able to tell me how long I should wait? Or
if I can cancel the partial refund and just do full refund and get them to
send it back to me?

Re: Help!

Thanks for your message. Unfortunately I don't have the payment yet, it is
being held by ebay. Do you have any idea how long it may take to expire?
Thank you

Sellers must never refund before getting their item back.

Is there an option there to accept the return?
