Help updating an account

I keep uploading my passport to verify my long standing account but every 3-4 days I get asked to update my account and my passport upload has gone. It is a very clear image. DOes anyone know why or can someone advise of an e-mail address or contact number to find out what the issue is?

There is no email or phone number for eBay Customer Services,  but you do need to contact them,  and it's a Call Back option.  I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning when the lines first open at  8 a.m. on weekdays,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.  CS is open out of the hours below do not call then,  as it's an automated assistant.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

As said,  I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
