Hello, 

I need help to restore my account they asked me to verify my bank details after i wanted to list items for sale which I did but for about a month now I cannot access my account again no matter how many time I have followed all they say I should do. I need help asap

We are members here just like yourself,  and can only advise you how to fully register with eBay's Managed Payments from the link below.

Ensure your bank account name matches exactly the name you have on your eBay account,  this includes any middle name or initial.  Some banks eBay do not support, for example Virgin.

Have you checked all your details are correct,as misspellings and names have to match,especially when verifying your bank account.Registering as a seller | eBay

Also check your phone number and verify your email address.
