The help support is nonexistent, previously I could actually speak to a person, now it takes you round and round to same articles with no answer. How do you complain ? (and to who?) my item that I sold through Global Shipping program was delivered to eBay hub more than 2 days ago and there’s is no update .

As long as you have proof of delivery at the hub you are covered by seller protection. Items are usually repacked before their onward journey to their final destination and customs paperwork needs to be completed etc. so if it arrived say Friday eg two days ago I wouldn’t expect a further update to possibly tomorrow.

If the tracking hasn’t updated on eBay but you have proof on the carriers website, then you contact customer services they can manually release the funds to you. There has been an issue with eBay’s tracking updating and I am not entirely sure it’s been fully resolved yet.
