Help. Sent a picture through other means rather than simple delivery how do I get funds

How to get paid while eBay not recognising goods have been sent through other means other than simple delivery

You just have to wait.

First mark the item as dispatched by opening the original pre-paid Simple Delivery label.   It will remain unused.  Then add the new tracking number via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking.   That has to be done on a desktop browser.  If the buyer paid for the original label the cost will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days.

Tnks for ur reply But unfortunately I’m looking to recover the original
posting cost due to the fact that I paid for Royal Mail to collect from my
house and didn’t used the simple delivery also it’s overdue on the posting
to them which means the option is not there anymore but collecting only..
They have now received the painting through Royal Mail

It was listed as buyer pays the original postage, so they get the refund.
