Have been in hosptal with on access to emails or ebay found buyer had bought my 1 item for longterm sale in error as collection only and asked to cancel, as no response from me they raised a dispute as item not sent. I relealize togay been trying to send a refund but keeps stating not allow funds on hold error. Need to speak to a human being at ebay but in a loop help !!!!

If buyer has opened a NOT RECEIVED case and you did not refund within 3 days, it is up to buyer to escalate to ebay who will refund.

Once a case is open any funds are frozen, and you cannot use the frozen funds to refund. 

The system should deal with this if buyer escalates, otherwise you run the risk of TWO refunds being made.
