Hand delivered

I’ve hand delivered the parcel but there is no way the buyer can say he’s received it as I printed the label to get his address. How do we move forward?

You can't 'move forward'.

You will be paid eventually and you have to hope your buyer is honest.

It's not a good idea to do something outside of the process ebay is expecting, items listed for postage should be posted.

There's nothing you can do but at least it will be marked as dispatched if you generated the label.   The payment may be held for 14 days.
