You have repeated the same question a few times,  and we can only direct you to eBay Customer Services please use the link I provided above, as they have access to your account,  which we as members like yourself,  do not have.

What part of the second post by @tressygirl do you not understand? We cannot call you and won’t call you back. 

what is UC - universal credit? Do you want them to call you back in which case you need to refer to the .gov web pages.
