Guest order details

I purchased an item as a guest but I didn't get a confirmation email and the item never arrived although my paypal account was debited.  I followed the link to Find Guest Details which said I would get an email with details of all guest orders for my email address, but the email just had a link to create an account.  I'm getting nowehere with Chat.

The best option is  to get a new confirmation email using this link - https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/guest-order?topicId=4065&af=2. 

From there you will be able to select the view order details  if you need to open a case .

If you are unable to do so from that point on you will need to speak to  Customer Services,  they  can verify that you are the person who made the purchase and assist you with opening a claim.

This is the easiest and quicket way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
