Global shipping scheme

I am not in the global shipping scheme yet when I went to invoice a buyer who won items in my auction ebay say it must go through this scheme, how do I resolve this problem?

You have to opt into GSP before listing items, can't be added after. 

I looked at 1 of your items, you have listed international postage yourself,

So buyer pays P&P as listed.
