Global Shipping

Hi, not sure if anyone has any ideas please.

I'm trying to buy something from USA and it says it's available for shipping in my area. I live in the UK. I messaged the seller and they said they're part of the global shipping so not sure why it won't ship to me. Any ideas?

If it says in the postage section that it's available for shipping to your location then there should be a shipping price and method showing there.

Is there one?
