I got an item back early October and it wasnt what I expected so I sent it back for a refund, two months later I'm still waiting for it, I message them but still no closer, Thier contact is shocking and won't give me full refund as didn't have a tracking number which they failed to tell me prior to sending it back, so they said half a refund but still haven't got that, I've given them more than enough time to refund me but no joy, I'm trying to get eBay to step in but there's no option on the order, I assume as it was a while ago, didn't want to go through eBay but they've given me no choice, but how do I go through eBay?? The automated thing is useless, what other options are there???
