Global Shipping Programe

I having problems with third party postal service that'll are involved in the eBay Global Shipping Programe.

Basically Evri are leaving by parcel on the doorstep in plain sight of all the street.

I have contacted eBay for the second time, but it seems that they're not willing or cant resolve this problem.

Basically DHL pass the package to Evri . Evri leave it on the Doorstep.

Any help would be great

Nothing eBay can help you with here as to how couriers work,  or where they leave items.

It's not just Evri at fault,  I had a parcel delivered  by Yodel yesterday , left on the porch,  no one rang the doorbell , luckily an email alerted me ' an item has been delivered',  otherwise left outside  last night's big rains would have ruined the soft toy item.

I'm afraid it does seem to be the actual person delivering, not necessarily the Company , as our Evri lady who delivers to us is fantastic,  and would never just dump a parcel and leave !
