How to do I mark an item as delivered?

Hello community - am fairly new to selling on ebay and struggling a bit

Was selling something for collection only - the buyer sent a courier to collect the item.  But they didn't have a QR code or 6 digit code.  Q - How do I mark it as collected?

Saw various articles saying there should be an option 'mark as delivered' but I cannot see that.
Confirm collection asks for a code, more actions doesn't have anything?

Am concerned they'll say it wasn't  delivered and ask for a refund...It does appear that I've been paid for it?

The code is proof that the item has been collected, you really should not have let the item go without being giving it.

Contact your buyer and ask them for it.

You cannot mark it as collected the only way is to enter that 6 digit QR collection code.

Send the buyer a message would they kindly send the code to you, it's found either in their email,  eBay message or order details, and you can enter the numbers manually where it says Confirm Collection.

Never release collection items without this code, a message to a buyer before they arrive reminding them to bring it or the item cannot be released.

With no code to prove collection your payout will be held for a minimum of 14 days,  possibly longer as you are a new seller.
