Getting the money

I have sold a pet on a game but put the settings wrong and it won't give me the money till they know its been delivered but the buyer already has it

With no tracking showing delivery, under eBay's Simple delivery rules your payout may be held for a minimum of 14 days.

From tomorrow, once tracking has shown delivery, payouts are available within 24 hours.

Please read up about selling digital items on eBay, there are many rules to follow to be compliant .and to receive payouts from those sales.

The 'settings are wrong' because you didn't follow the rules.

There's no way you can show delivery as you are selling digitally delivered items against eBay rules.
