I printed a Evri e bay label but the Evri shop was not accepting any more parcels, they have had no Evri parcels collected since last Friday and there is now a mountain. All the other nearby Evri dispatch points have the same issue. I had no option but to pay for other postage (I have the proof of postage & tracking for this)
I have now paid twice to send this parcel and want e bay to reinstate the Evri fee for the label I could not use. I have been all through the instructions and tried the auto assistant but am going round in circles trying to find out how to resolve this. Any help gratefully received
