Getting paid for item but funds on hold but buyer received the item

I posted the item by royal mail buyer received the item left feedback but status shows as not delivered so my funds are on hold how do I release the funds it wo t.let me edit the status thank you

If the tracking is showing delivered on the courier's website but not on ebay you can contact ebay to get your money released using callback on here:

If you sent using a tracked service (Large Letters over 100g and all parcels have a 'tracking number') and added the tracking when you sent the item, does the tracking on Royal Mail now show as delivered?

If tracking shows delivered on the RM website, MORE THAN 48 HOURS AGO then you can contact Customer Services and ask them to release your money.

If there is no tracking at all, you will be paid 14 days after the transaction, as shown in Ebay's new payment arrangements.

You cannot update the status to delivered.

If the item was under £10, Ebay will pay you 24 hours after you receive positive feedback.
