For about 3 months now I have been unable to reply to any buyers on my messages or contact sellers on Ebay. I have spoken to numerous agents about this and I have had answers such us -
Phone again in 48 hours. Phone again this afternoon. The person you are trying to contact does not want to receive emails. This is the number to quote for the technical teams answer - 152672 !!!!! no record of this !
I get a red circle with line across when I click on the message to be answered - meaning prohibited or no entry. Then I am unable to type anything in the column.
Apparently I have no restrictions on my account at all as to contacting anyone outside of Ebay.
I have been unable to answer any queries about my items or accept any offers.
I am not listing anything at the moment as it looks so rude if I do not answer queries.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
